一、故障原因
电机缺相
-电机定子绕组断线或电缆连接松动，导致变频器检测到电机相间电压异常。
-三相电机中任意一相断开或接触不良，均可能触发此故障。
热继电器故障
-若系统配置了热继电器（用于监测电机温度或电流过载），其自身故障（如触点粘连、损坏）会导致变频器误判电机电路问题。
二、故障排除步骤
检查电机及电缆
-拆卸电机电缆，逐一测量电机绕组的相间电阻，确认是否存在断线或短路。
-检查电缆接头是否松动、氧化或破损，必要时更换电缆。
验证热继电器状态
-若系统使用热继电器，需断开其接线，直接短接变频器与电机之间的电路，观察是否仍报故障。
-若故障消失，则热继电器需更换或校准；若故障依旧，则问题出在电机或电缆。
参数与软件检查
-确认变频器参数设置是否正确（如电机额定电压、电流参数是否匹配）。
-若系统升级或更换软件后出现此故障，可能存在软件兼容性问题，需联系专业维修人员处理。
1.Cause of the fault
Motor phase loss
-The motor stator winding is broken or the cable connection is loose,causing the inverter to detect abnormal phase-to-phase voltage of the motor.
-Any phase disconnection or poor contact in the three-phase motor may trigger this fault.
Thermal relay fault
-If the system is equipped with a thermal relay(used to monitor motor temperature or current overload),its own fault(such as contact adhesion or damage)will cause the inverter to misjudge the motor circuit problem.
2.Troubleshooting steps
Check the motor and cable
-Remove the motor cable and measure the phase-to-phase resistance of the motor winding one by one to confirm whether there is a broken wire or short circuit.
-Check whether the cable connector is loose,oxidized or damaged,and replace the cable if necessary.
Verify the status of the thermal relay
-If the system uses a thermal relay,disconnect its wiring and directly short-circuit the circuit between the inverter and the motor to observe whether the fault is still reported.
-If the fault disappears,the thermal relay needs to be replaced or calibrated;if the fault persists,the problem is with the motor or cable.
Parameter and software check
-Confirm whether the inverter parameter settings are correct(such as whether the motor rated voltage and current parameters match).
-If this fault occurs after the system is upgraded or the software is replaced,there may be a software compatibility issue and you need to contact professional maintenance personnel to handle it.
