一、产品定位与功能
电机控制模块
设计目标:专为工业自动化应用设计,适用于广泛的工业控制系统,可轻松集成到现有系统中。
核心参数:输入电压24VDC,输出电压0~10VDC,输出电流0~20mA,工作温度范围为-40℃至+85℃,外形尺寸为100mm×50mm×20mm,重量为100g。
电源模块
供电能力:可直接贴装在印刷电路板上,为专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、微处理器、存储器、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)及其他数字或模拟负载供电。
系统类型:属于负载(POL)电源供应系统或使用点电源供应系统(PUPS),具备高可靠性和高稳定性。
嵌入式处理器模块
处理器支持:支持Intel Atom E620T、E640T、E660T和E680T处理器,采用45纳米处理技术,集成系统内存和图形处理功能,性能出色。
超线程技术:每个处理器核心可同时处理两个指令线程,未充分利用时动态提高时钟速度,在保持低功耗的同时提供更高性能。
扩展接口:提供千兆以太网LAN控制器、串行ATA 2.0端口、USB 2.0主机控制器、高清音频、PCIex1接口、CAN总线和SDIO/MMC接口等,满足不同应用需求。
信号调节功能
线性化传感器:精密、低幅度电流源可最大限度减少传感器自热并消除引线电阻误差。输入传感器和输入范围可按通道选择,支持一到三个范围,允许超出指定输入值最多2%的超量程和欠量程。传感器线性化在模块中进行,精度保证为±fs。
I/O连接:现场I/O连接通过可插拔端子块进行,位置指定用于接线屏蔽的端接。系统由DIN导轨安装、可编程、多通道、信号调节输入和输出模块以及通信模块组成。系统电源连接到通信模块,为I/O模块供电。系统主干安装在35×7.5毫米标准DIN导轨内,分配电源和通信。四种可用主干模型中的每一种都可容纳一个通信模块和一组I/O模块(范围从4个到最多24个)。

1.Product positioning and function

Signal Conditioning Function
Linearized Sensor:Precision,low-amplitude current source minimizes sensor self-heating and eliminates lead resistance errors.Input sensors and input ranges can be selected by channel,supporting one to three ranges,and allowing over-range and under-range of up to 2%beyond the specified input value.Sensor linearization is performed in the module with an accuracy guarantee of±fs.
I/O connection:Field I/O connection is made through pluggable terminal blocks,and the position is designated for termination of wiring shields.The system consists of DIN rail mounted,programmable,multi-channel,signal conditioning input and output modules and communication modules.The system power supply is connected to the communication module to power the I/O module.The system trunk is mounted within a 35×7.5 mm standard DIN rail and distributes power and communication.Each of the four available trunk models can accommodate a communication module and a set of I/O modules(ranging from 4 to a maximum of 24).
