1.保护功能
过载保护：
反时限特性（IEC 60255-3），根据电流大小自动调整脱扣时间，避免频繁误动作。
可调范围：0.4~1.0In（额定电流），适应不同负载特性（如轻载启动、重载运行）。
短路保护：
电磁脱扣器，瞬时动作（<0.1s），保护电动机及电缆免受短路电流冲击。
短路分断能力：50kA（400V），满足工业配电系统需求。
断相保护：
监测三相电流不平衡度>50%时，延迟5~10s脱扣，防止电动机单相运行烧毁。
堵转保护：
检测启动时间过长（如>10s）或运行中电流突增（如3~5In），触发脱扣保护。
接地故障保护（可选）：
配置剩余电流保护模块（RCD），检测接地电流>30mA时快速脱扣，保障人身安全。
2.监测功能
电气参数测量：
实时显示三相电流、电压、功率因数、有功功率、无功功率、电能消耗，支持历史数据存储（如7天）。
状态诊断：
通过LED指示灯或HMI显示屏显示运行状态（正常、过载、故障），支持故障代码查询（如L1过载、SC短路）。
能耗分析：
记录电动机运行时间、启停次数、能耗趋势，生成能耗报表，辅助节能优化决策。

Modbus RTU/TCP：连接PLC（如Siemens S7-1200）、SCADA系统（如WinCC），实现远程监控与参数设置。

2.Monitoring function
Electrical parameter measurement:
Real-time display of three-phase current,voltage,power factor,active power,reactive power,and power consumption,and supports historical data storage(such as 7 days).
Status Diagnosis:
The operating status(normal,overload,fault)is displayed through the LED indicator or the HMI display,and fault code query(such as L1 overload,SC short circuit).
Energy consumption analysis:
Record the motor running time,number of start and stop times,and energy consumption trends,generate energy consumption reports,and assist in energy saving optimization decisions.
3.Communication function
Protocol support:
Modbus RTU/TCP:Connect to PLC(such as Siemens S7-1200)and SCADA system(such as WinCC)to realize remote monitoring and parameter settings.
PROFIBUS DP:Integrated to Siemens PLC network,supports high-speed data transmission(12Mbps).
