1.Core functions
Multi-stage press-fitting mode:
Supports 4-stage press-fitting curves(fast forward→working forward→holding pressure→return stroke),and the speed,pressure and position can be set independently for each stage.
Example:When the mobile phone camera module is pressed,the fast forward stage quickly approaches the workpiece,the working forward stage presses in slowly at 0.1 mm/s,and the holding pressure stage maintains pressure for 2 seconds to ensure a firm bond.
Real-time quality detection:
The press-fitting process is monitored by pressure sensors and displacement sensors to automatically determine whether the press-fitting force is within the set range and whether the displacement meets the standard.
If an abnormality is detected(such as pressure exceeding the limit,insufficient displacement),it will stop immediately and alarm to avoid batch defects.
Recipe management:
More than 100 sets of press-fitting parameters(such as pressure,speed,holding time)can be stored,and quickly called through the touch screen or barcode gun to reduce the changeover time.
2.Extension options
Automation integration:
Support linkage with robots,PLCs,and visual systems to achieve fully automatic press-fitting lines(such as automobile transmission gear press-fitting+detection+sorting).
