2.Core functions

Flame monitoring and control

Monitor flame status in real time,supports ultraviolet(UV)or flame rod(FR)sensor type selection to ensure combustion safety.

Flame fault response time:4 seconds(2 seconds for EP165/EP166 models),safety lock is automatically triggered and alarm is called after the fault.

Programming and configuration

Configure operation characteristics with DIP switches(6 dual inline switches),including purge timing,interlock circuit verification(such as 3-P operation interlock).

Supports cooperation with the ED510 monitor or ED500 communication interface to realize parameter settings,historical data recording(burner cycle,fault recording,etc.).

Security interlocking mechanism

Purge interlock:Verify the blower status at the start of the operation cycle to ensure that the purge is completed before combustion.

Low-fire start interlock:Control the motor delayed start through terminal M to prevent misoperation during rapid recovery.

Communication and Extension

Integrated RJ45 interface,supports Modbus protocol communication,and is compatible with multi-point configuration or remote monitoring systems(such as InTouch).

Backward compatibility with the E500 communication interface to ensure data continuity during system upgrade.
